These past few weeks it has been so overwhelming in the world, with such sad news such as Chadwick Boseman passing to the civil unrest we have faced in our communities, to losing Kobe or our own loved ones....despair is everywhere.
Through this all it is no wonder that we may feel a little overwhelmed. I know I do at times when I look at all the news and the negativity that surrounds us.
I have taken into reading a lot of literature, for those who are having a very hard time during quarantine I strongly suggest one book.
JAJAJA if you know me personally you have probably already received this book from me as a present. To me if I give you a book I give you a little piece of my heart that goes with it...No Harry Potter reference there jajaja....
Anyways that book is The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by Don Miguel Ruiz.

This past month two amazing friends who I have not spoken to in so long came along their lives to intertwine with mines and I am so happy to find these beautiful souls back.
I found one to be liberated and so happy and honest and in a space where nothing but amazing things will go his way because he is being honest to the most important person ever, himself.
My other close friend is coming from a place of rebirth and cleansing. Sure to her she might be seeing her life at this point in a totally different perspective but I believe rebirth, cleanse and elevation is coming her way.
We must remember that if things are not going our way that we must simply look around us and think to ourselves: What can I control? What can I actively change in MY life that makes me happy?
I know that this friend is cringing at my optimism but that is just me. When you believe you deserve better, better will come to you.
Anyways I STRONGLY suggest that everyone add this book to your list. The first chapter is a bit hard to get through but the rest is such an amazing journey that I can probably compare to the likes of The Alchemist.
My favorite agreement being don't take anything personally. When I look around at people I find that so many people do suffer because they take things personally.
If you like someone and they don't like you then be happy because you were honest to your true self and they were honest to their true self and they did you the favor in redirecting you to your REAL soul mate.
Always say thank you, be thankful and spread the love around!! Highly recommend this book
Oh and for those who are waiting for another podcast I am on the works too!!
Mucho cariño amigos!!
Puro Amor!!
